Missing MyCredit

I recharged Myprepaid Ultimate 28 days with $30 on 31 August.  This recharge comes with $5 MyCredit. On Wednesday this week  I realised that I am unable to make international calls, principal reason is MyCredit is now stated as $0.00

 

To get some credits for calls, I have added $10 credit.

 

Basically I am still struggling to explain why the original $5 credit had gone missing
