I have been trying to solve this problem which relates to the fact that I have a new Mini Fetch box paired with a Mighty Fetch box. When i try to play a recorded program i get a message "Streaming issue" I have done all the various things that Optus ask you to do with this issue and it has not worked. I am lookin g for someone who actually has a Mini box working with a Mighty box.
The Mighty box is connected via Wireless
The Min box is connected to the same modem via Power Line Adaptor.
Both boxes play all channels provided from Fetch with no issues.
As per above, have you tried a soft reset? But copy your activation number first so you can re insert it when they ask you.
I will try a Reset I have checked on online how to do this and I have done it previously for my Mighty box. I will reset the Mini and let you know. Thanks
I have done a soft reset and restarted the mini box. It is paired with the Mighty box but still comes up with the message "Streaming Issue"
Any ideas from here as I have already contacted Optus and am waiting on my situation being dealt with but I have mno idea how long they will be.
@NormDi Are both Fetch boxes are supplied by Optus and are on a single Optus account?
BTW there was a Fetch Software update for some models this week as per link below.
