how do i empty my mail box

Login to webmail and delete as many messages as you wish. Make sure you empty the trash before you exit. Keep in mind that depending on how you have your mail setup this may remove the messages from your device as well.

I have done all that and there the boxes are empty but still shows 90% of quota is exceeded and wont move

@Geoffreyjames  The deletions may take a while to register like data usage on the account and have you tried refreshing the page after logging in again ?
