Why doesn't the live chat link work?

It never has for me.

It seems typical of the crap service and support one gets from Optus.........

Live Chat can be reached on this link → https://www.optus.com.au/livechat.


You can also get in touch with them via the My Optus app.

Hi @Harris2219, sorry to hear about your NBN connection issue. Did you get a chance to check our Network Status page for any reported fault in your area → https://www.optus.com.au/about/network/service-status?_ga=2.31360955.586007117.1503271635-1521067269.... Has any basic troubleshooting helped → https://yescrowd.optus.com.au/support?id=1390.
