I have been trying to get through on Live Chat for a few days. It says that all operators are busy and after 10mins of waiting it disconnects. This is becoming very frustrating as each time I try to call there is a 60min wait! Anyone else not able to get through?

What options are you choosing? I just tried Mobile > Billing and General Enquiries at the below link and got through to Cliff within 10 seconds.

I have been trying Broadband - Billing & General Support. Thanks, I will give that a shot and hope they can help.
