Ported from Telstra  to Optus. And experiencing massive latency  when  i surf on my ph. Often voLTE also dropped  off especially  on train. Is this something Optus could advise why?

Disappointing to hear you're off to a bit of a rough start.

You could first try looking at our mobile coverage map to see if there are any known issues.

From there if needed, you can definitely contact Optus and see if they are able to advise what the issue may be.
