Can some one help? My landline is not working, although the internet on the same connection is. Have checked the lines with an old handset. Same result. Checked connectivity problems for my area. None. Any ideas anyone?
Cant report the problem as dont have another phone and not getting any where on line at Optus to report that way.
Thanks for any advice to fix this. Apparently started yesterday after 4pm as had some one come to my door this morning to say my line has been engaged since yesterday arvo! Cheers, Vicki D
Might be worth turning the power off to your modem and then after a few seconds turning it back on again
