Landline down

Hello, my landline and broadband have been down all day. The landline is constantly engaged. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting, different handsets however still can't get the phone to work. When someone calls me it's engaged. I've tried calling your support services however cannot get through. My number is *hidden*. Please call my son *hidden*.
