I was connected to Optus NBN yesterday. The phone line seems to be working fine, however incoming caller ID is showing up as private for all numbers, including ones that aren't private (it was tested with family mobiles).
Our landline phone number has always been listed as private on outgoing calls, and now it isn't. It is showing the number when calling out.
Could someone help with privatizing my number again, and activating caller ID, please?

Serms to be a common issue when migrating to the NBN. You will need to online chat or ring Optus and will usually sort it out quickly.
