I live in Blacktown, NSW and landline(bundled with NBN) is down from 6 days. I cant make or receive call. when i tried to call on my landline, it says that THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. I talked to customer service, they promised me check the thing n come back to me 3 days back. Neither i received any call from them nor any update on my service. I still dont know whats going on. I contacted them 3 times but seems they dont care.
What to do now?
Hi @exclusiveJeet, sorry for the delay in response and your home phone not working. How is the service now? Were you able to speak to someone in this regards since posting? As the landline works as a VOIP service on NBN make sure you have plugged your home phone in the Optus modem directly at the back. Alternatively, can you switch the modem off then on and confirm if it works? If the issue still exists then you need to raise it with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further.
