Optus does many things that that I don't like but I have never known them to add charges without explanation. Is this termination of contract fees or something of that nature? Maybe a bit more of an explanation and the good folk on the forum may be able to offer some suggestions.
Oh, they do this ALL the time. This is a sports channel pack charge, which they gave to us as a freebie TO apologise for charging us for mobile phones, which we didn't authorise.
