I have been an Optus Cable Broadband customer for many years. Since December 24th, most of my email goes directly to the Junk email folder. I have checked the usual settings (Blocked Lists, rules etc.) but can't find an obvious problem. Does anyone know if Optus has done anything to make this happen? Or apart from consistently adding valid mail to the safe sender's list, does anyone have an easy solution?
I'm not aware of any changes to the platform I'm afraid. I've had a search of the forum and can't see any related enquiries either.
Is this happening to email addresses that you have been able to receive previously?
The only solution via the web platform would be to individually mark them as safe.
