Please help... I’m pulling my hair out!
i received the Huawei router 5 days ago and have had little/no wifi since. Optus told me that there was an outage in my area which should be ok in a few days so I continued to hotspot from my phone in order to work from home. Today I have minimal wifi on my iPad and when I try to connect my phone, apparently the wifi password is ‘incorrect’ (it’s not)... Any comments?
Based on your information the first step would be to check on that outage which customers can do anytime on the service status page.
Click on the Outages tab and enter your location.
