All my neighbours and multiple people reporting issues during peak times in Mount Colah. Was fine 30mb and now can barely get over 1mb yet am still charged full amount? Tech has visited and said fixed the external cables but no change to peak speeds?

Hmm sounds more like a congestion issue if it's only happening at peak times? I did notice the mobile towers at Mount Colah and Asquith a both marked for upgrades so maybe they are in the process of upgrading everything. You need to speak with support again and ask them what is with the slow speeds.
