Is there an OptusNBN outage in the Pymble/West Pymble area?

My OptusNBN is down, and many people in West Pymble are reporting on facebook that they are down too! Why don't you update the Network Status page faster??

and how do I raise a service request now?? I can't find the option on your support pages, and there's no chance of getting through on the phone!

Oh, I guess I need to get out more. Nothing is showing on the outage page however that is not always accurate. The report an outage link is no longer showing so it looks like the main support contact is the only option.

Yes I noticed that! They have removed the "Report a fault" link, then they don't answer the phones, so we can't report faults.

That way they can truthfully say "No reported outages", because no-one can report them!!
