Is the B818 4G WiFi Modem good enough for Netflix streaming etc?

It depends on how good your connection is. 
I stream Prime Video with no issues but I am only 500M from the tower. 
If you are a few KMs or the tower is very congested  or lots of tall buildings between you and the tower you may have issues.

Same on my side.

I'm using the B525 the previous gen Wireless modem before the B818 launched.

 That's without 4x4 MIMO 

We're super close to the nearest mobile tower and it's not uncommon to see 80+ Mbps down even with 3 people connected on multiple devices.
