I've been with optus since January. Internet coverage has been fine up until now. I had no internet for a few days and now its back on (@ light on modem keeps blinking) but I can't stream anything or takes ages to load and keeps dropping out. Help!!
Apologies for the delay in response and your internet connection issue @Bonneville. Were you able to chat with someone in this regards since posting? How is the connection now? I would recommend to do some basic troubleshooting first. If the issues persist then raise it with our Tech Support team here.
