Internet service available but router offline. Been told 2 days to resolve. Resolved same day.

Internet Online but Router offline. Ref 20742471. Been told 2 days downtime.

I need a credit for having to use mobile data.
What happened to Router? 

Can't get thru on Chat for hours. Messaged via Facebook.
