It has been happening to me this year. Probably I started working from home, I have outages once every few days. I have been receiving technical support for a few weeks and it was still not stable. Every time they told me to restart the router and modern and then everything was back to normal and they monitor the service for 1 or 2 days and if the service was ok, then they will close the case. The same cycle has been happening for more than a month. I am going to say goodbye to Optus as I don't want to call support every few days.
