I see I'm not alone and there are many others ... I've had this issue since Thursday 15th August. DSL connection drops out after 10mins. Sometimes I'm lucky and get a little extra time.
New modem - check
Telstra Inspection - pass
Optus tech who was suppose to be on-site by 7pm - failed
Current connection - failed
Switching to TPG - pending

Have you had a chance to chat to our tech guys on 131344 as of yet to have this raised and get a fault ticket?
HI asymonte, sorry that the technician didn't attend when they were meant to 😞 It sounds as though we've identified the cause of your issue of the tech was booked.
Has the technician been out as of yet to have this fixed? If not, can you please provide me with the fault reference number so we can chase this up?
I had this happen to me quite often when I had my old Billion modem but as soon as I updated the firmware i stopped getting drop outs, And it's rare that I get a drop out these days with my TP-Link modem
