My internet has either been down or infrequently up for 3 days. I need internet for a multitude of reasons as we’re home isolating with no access to schools and/or office etc. Optus have gone completely missing. I have no ability to connect with anyone via phone as the tech help line simply cuts me off because of wait times and they’re ignoring my chats via the app. There doesn’t appear to be any faults locally so I need assistance to resolve this. Anyone have any ideas?
