Internet drop down many times

Hi,

My internet drop down many times from 4 pm today. Please check and fix this problem. Thank you very much

Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

Hi @Nguyen39,  with regards to internet dropouts it depends on various factors. I would suggest to try some → basic troubleshooting first and see how you go. It could even be the Wi-Fi → setting page.


If the issue still continues then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team either via the → messaging service or by calling them on 131344 - Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm Sat: 9am - 5pm AEST to assist you further as  we don`t have access to customers account on this public forum.
