I have no broadband at home since Friday according to the tech team signal in the area is good but I have only the power button on my modem and the Wi-Fi as well as del lights flickering so I am unable to use Wi-Fi or fetch have done most of the standard things including reset the modem

So the tech team have checked the network and confirmed there were not faults?
Have you noticed a change since posting?
Are you able to connect to your device using Ethernet cable?
