Internet connection

So fot a message tuesday 4pm saying all connected.

4 days later i am still waiting for back office to turn it on and give me a username and password.

Tge chat people say 24 to 48 hours its been 96hrs what can i do

Wait for a moderator to get back to you here.  They can follow things up for you.  Have your account number or ID details handy as they need these.  Try "Hannah-L"...she is quite helpful.

 

If you can't do that then ring the techs on 1 300 300 427.
