Internet connection issue

I have been change the ownership to other person. However, I can not connect to the internet although all bill are paid on time???

Hey @Johnny512, you shouldn't lose connected on the basis of the change of ownership so it wouldn't be related. Have services returned to normal? If not, you can check our Network Status page for any faults/works that may be impacting services, and beyond that, jump onto Live Chat to speak with our Tech Support team and we'll take a closer look at this for you.
