Thankyou for your feedback and suggestions, but they are both useless.


If you'd read my original post you'd see that I said:

"I’ve reported these through webmail with no result".


The link you sent says:

"Any email remaining in the spam folder after 14 days is automatically deleted".

but that isn't the case anyway, mine just keeps piling up.


And what is the Tech Support team going to tell me that I don't already know about dealing with spam?


The fact is, Optus blocks only about half the spam I receive.   The rest, now that I route my Optusnet email through Gmail, is caught by Gmail.


If Gmail can be so successful in completely trapping spam, Optus can too, you just need to be more serious about it.
