Impossible to contact Optus

How to contact Optus if there’s a problem?? Because Optus still hiding behind Coronavirus and not letting anyone contact them. Their people who send and collect and manage BILLS are working, but only customer service people are being protected from COVID19. Now they are charging full amount but cutting down on bandwidth. Very low speeds and daily outages are norm. How to reach optus??

@OpttusAffectee  You can message Optus from the My Optus app.
Send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

Call 133 937  Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm, Sat: 9am - 5pm ignore the prompt to dial 1 and wait for the options. I have read it may be a long time on hold.
