I need the SIP settings and Username & Password for Sagemcom F@ST 3864AC to use Soft Phone Settings?

Hello I was wondering how I find out where my sip settings are plus username and password. They were not given to me when I signed up.

I would like to use my X-Lite soft phone. It was working with my last ISP.

Is it possible to use soft phone with the Optus NBN 80 plan with this modem?

I don't know myself, I can't find to much information about VOIP settings or SIP and Soft Phones. Some help would be much appreciated. Thank You.

Optus do not provide these details.

They only support the voice service via their supplied router.

There are people who have got some of it working - but nothing "standard"

As per @GTFO Optus does not provide SIP login details. If you really need a softphone then sign up for an external VOIP account and divert your optus phone to it when you are not home or not answer.

Hi @Corsurath - Unfortunately, we don't provide our SIP details. As @GTFO mentioned, we only support the voice service via our supplied router.
