I haven't received a call back from Optus

still waiting for call back, im was told i be getting a credit for your lack of service, this is the 4th plus time i had to chase optus up, i keep getting lied to, please contact me,

Disappointing to hear you haven't heard back from what sounds like a commitment to call you back.
