I have very poor Cable upload speed and need Optus Help

This Pathetic company uses its customer to support each other the cheek of it is astounding 

Can someone please help me on how to send a email to the support team, I have next to 0 upload speed and 90mbps, download. I need them to re configure this ? 

Please help

Hi @louiscwerth, our support team are not available via email. 

If you need to get in touch with us, you can via Messenger, but please note that there are some extended delays currently - we're trying to get back to everyone as soon as we can and are mainly assisting customers who need support that currently have no internet connection.


You have a great download speed, but a Cable connection does include a 2Mbps maximum upload speed so I can't really say whether yours is good or not, as I'm not sure what your speed tests are via an ethernet/LAN cable.


That said, we do have some troubleshooting steps that are available here which I'd recommend checking out.
