I have a fault ticket and am waiting for my modem

ref # 22315492 i have received a txt to say that a technician had checked my line and you sent a txt telling me to go to optus home support. i went there and seeing how i am still waiting for a new modem !! when am i getting it as its been over a week !!

If one has been ordered it is likely due to this system outage impacting deliveries.
