I feel like data is being chewed up

I feel like my data is being chewed up on my wireless broadband and mobile. I don't consider myself a heavy user but it seems that a lot more is been downloaded despite my actual usage remaining the same. When I was with a different provider my metered usage was a lot less compared to when I changed to optus...

Hey there!


It would be withw logging into the Optus app or Optus My Account and viewing the data breakdown - it'll tell you where the data is being used.
