I cannot canxel my broadband services. Please help somebody

For thw love of god I cannot get through Optus.

The app continuosly crashes. Message option on the app keeps saying failed server try again. From phone no one picks up. Waited more than hour to get someone to pick up the phone. Tried messeging them on facebook no replies.

At this point, how do I get my broadband service cancelled? I paid my dues upto 25th March and my contract ended. I don't use optus anymore as I use TP-link NBN right now. I have been trying for days to get on with optus.

With no option of picking up phone or messaging, how am I suppose to cancel my broadband?

If anyone can directly link me to someone on optus, I would much appreciate it.
