I can't register a MyAccount.

I am in the midst of moving properties and attempted to move my wifi services to the new property. I was informed that I do not need to fill out a form if I'm relocating, instead I can log into a myaccount and update my information there. To do so, I attempted to create a myaccount profile but there seems to be techinical issues. I enter my email address and DOB, and am taken back to the login page? I checked my emails, and have recieved no verification email either.

This is not something that we can assist with here on the forum.

If not, please Chat with us or Message Us from your My Optus App under the Help menu.
