I am in the midst of moving properties and attempted to move my wifi services to the new property. I was informed that I do not need to fill out a form if I'm relocating, instead I can log into a myaccount and update my information there. To do so, I attempted to create a myaccount profile but there seems to be techinical issues. I enter my email address and DOB, and am taken back to the login page? I checked my emails, and have recieved no verification email either.
