I have cable internet on a Unlimited fusion 30MBPS plan. We are able to connect to the internet but unable to load any pages.
We have tried resetting the modem 3 times to no avail. The usage on the modem is at 142.55GB with 8 days remaining until it renews again.
What can I do now?
Hi @cantsandi, sorry for the delay and your internet connection issue. How is it now? Did you get a chance to speak with someone in this regards since posting? It sounds very strange as you have connection but the page is not loading. Are connected through Wi-Fi? Can you make sure both the modem and your device confirms connected by Wi-Fi? Are you getting the same error if you connect using an Ethernet wire? If the issue still persist then you will need to raise this with Tech Support on 131344 (open 24x7) to investigate further. Kartik
