Login to the administration section of your modem using http://192.168.8.1/ in your browser. The user name and password both should be admin. Once inside you modem click on Settings / WLAN / WLAN Basic Settings. The SSID is you username and WPA-preshared key is your password. Make sure you click the apply button at the bottom right once you have made any changes.

What sort of device are try to get into the modem with and are you sure you are connected to the modem when you are trying to do this?  Try this ip address: http://192.168.1.1/ or http://192.168.0.1/  If none of those work take the battery out of the device and the ip address should be written on the the back of the device..
