We got a Huawei B818 4G router today - powered on and activated the sim but Mode light showing red and has never moved after two hours. Any one else had this or should i just get in touch with Optus now? I thought it was a simple setup as we were told. Restarted multiple times.
@feemac You can message Optus support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If don't have access to the My Optus app you can use social media send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for assistance mentioning you don't have access to the My Optus app.
You can call 133 937 Mon - Fri: 8am - 7pm (AEST) Sat: 9am - 5pm (AEST) ignore the prompt to press 1 and wait for the options. I have read it can be a long time on hold.
