How to request Optus Postmaster to unblock a blacklisted server?

Madfish64

Does anyone know how I contact the Optus Postmaster to check a Server IP and get it unblocked?

My emails are being consistently rejected as possible spam/virus, from one particular address.  See error message below

Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 553 5.3.0 211.29.132.249 Your message was rejected for
possible spam/virus content. Please ask your email provider to visit
    http://emailadmin.registeredsite.com for resolution.

I've visited the site suggested and confirmed that Server 211.29.132.249 is indeed blacklisted (See below)

Currently blocked
Block started: 2019-02-20 12:31:11
Will Expire approximately: Nov 3rd, 2019 at 12PM ET

IP has been blocked 6 times in the past

So how do I either stop using this host or get Optus to request it is unblocked?

You could try notifying Optus via the first link below however I am sure they are aware of their mail servers being constantly blocked. Unfortunately even changing mail servers is no guarantee that your mail wont be blocked as often a complete range of mail server IP addresses are blocked.
