I hope you guys can help. My Adobe Creative cloud app on the desktop is not connecting, so not updating my software. They have told me I need to Whitelist ports, and linked me to a page that has them : https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html#sa_src=web-messagingThe thing is I have no idea how to do it.
Any ideasw ?
Is this a Win 10 computer and have you tried running the update as administrator or temporarily disabling your antivirus or firewall?
