If I change Internet providers, I assume I will lose my Optusnet email accounts.
That email address is used in MANY places as a login.
Can it be retained?
Perhaps for a while so I can migrate to a new email address?

Customers need to have at least one Postpaid Mobile Broadband service or any other Fixed broadband service active to retain their OptusNet e-mail account.
I believe it is cancelled immediately automatically in the system once attached services are cancelled.
