The only way to speak to a real person is change to telstra they are all australian no overseas who dont know a damm thing

the only way to actually get through to a human is call: 133937, press 1, then 3. Which takes you to the sales team. Optus doesn't want to help anyone, just take your money. Honestly, we should class action these losers because they make it impossible to navigate their menus so you give up.
