I am unable to use the service I am paying for.
During the day when I am not at home, I can get close to the 30/2 speeds but during peak I am getting the following:

Not good to see that you're experiencing these kinds of speeds on your service 😞
If peak time slowness is affecting you, it would be a case of waiting for network upgrades to be completed though we're not always able to pin point those completion dates.
Whilst I do get that it would be incredibly frustrating, we do not offer compensation in the form of credits.
