WHY DOES IT TAKE 9 MONTHS FOR OPTUS TO FIX A FAULT WITH A HOME PHONE. WHY DON’T THE PEOPLE AT OPTUS SUPPORT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HOME PHONE AND THE INTERNET?

THIS IS RIDICULOUS
