Home phone number?

How do we find out what our home phone number is, please? 😩

Since Monday 28/11 when our internet was installed, Optus has given us two different phone numbers.... And neither of these numbers belong to our account πŸ€”

Hmm if you don’t have access to the Optus account portal (it may show the number in there) you will need to give support a call or try the live chat link below if you wish.

I appreciate you're frustrated but please don't continue to spam our forums as Marie advised please get the account holders to give us a call on 133937 so we can ID and assist. Thanks

So, here's an update almost 8 months later... We were able to find out our phone number through Mr Telco, which we had no problem with, up until early June 2017 when Optus disconnected it. This number has never appeared on our Optus bills & we have been billed for another number - XXXXXXXXXXx for the past 8 months, which we have paid!

However we are reluctant to pay anymore as we haven't had an active home phone for almost 2 months now. We have tried EVERY means to have this matter resolved, however we have gotten nowhere... Which is just appalling 'Customer Service' to say the least!

8 MONTHS LATER... "Frustrated" is an UNDERSTATEMENT, don't you think?!
