My home phone line has not been working for a couple of weeks. I don't have a mobile phone with optus, so I can't use the optus app. Could you please tell me when a technician will check the line and repair it? I've been directed to this page, but think it may not be useful. Thankyou
You don't need a mobile with Optus to use the Optus app. I don't have one and use the app just fine.
