Since connecting to the NBN I cannot receive calls on my home phone from Telstra customers. I have made 7 attempts to have this fixed with nothing being done. Has anyone got any suggestions besides moving over to Telstra.
i think your number is not fully ported. the service at my dad's place is the same, he is with Telst...and not able to receive calls from a Optus number, works with Telstra or Vodafone.
I had been with Optus prior to connecting to the nbn so I would have thought the number would have been ported over years ago. That does seem to be the most logical reason, cannot understand why Optus just don’t complete the connection.
