Home phone and internet

My home phone and internet is not working I am so angry about this especially when you have no one working on calls or online.

What troubleshooting have you done? Please try these broadband troubleshooting steps.

What suburb/postcode are you located in? Have you checked for any known outages? Enter your location and tick the Fixed outages box.

It is a cable internet and have tried restarting it many times still not working

Hey @Lize, I've checked your area on our Network Status page and I can see that there is an issue in the area right now.

I'd recommend searching your postcode through the page and selecting "Report your fault here" so that we can send you SMS updates as the fault progresses and gets resolved.
