Hi @Dtay, sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Internet service.
Have you had a chance to look at our Network Status page for any outages that may be affecting your services? All you need to do is click the Mobile outages tab and search your address and you will see any outages reported.
If there are no outages or faults affecting your service, can you please try Troubleshooting Mobile Broadband Connectivity Issues to see if they fix your problem?
The other thing I'm hoping you could try is moving your modem around to different parts of your home and doing a speed test to see what the speed is like at the different spots. This will help find a location that will give you the best speeds.

@DtayWhen you say slow, what are your speedtests now and before?
What modem are you using?
Are you hard wired or using a wireless connection to the modem?
If you have an optus sim in your mobile how does it compare in the speedtests compared to going through the modem?
