Home landline not working - How to lodge a fault???

How on earth do we lodge a service fault?? The 131344 number not working. Neither is the "Message us" option on the app.

Land Line has no dial tone. Have followed all the troubleshooting advice and still not working. I NEED ASSISTANCE!

I feel like we are actively being discouraged from raising a fault. 😞

there a few people reporting landline issue on Yescrowd, there might be outage in your area

At the moment, the only way is to message Optus via the MyOptus App
