Hi. I have some trouble at the moment. 1. Home internet dose not working for few days. And i was tried plug on and off more that hundred time, but still not working. And also tried call to customer service, but couldn’t reach anyone.
2. My optus app showed 700 something MB available, 1 day to go. But it just turned as 0MB available, 30 days to go within 30 minutes.
*I hope that i can solve this problem as soon as possible. i was holding my phone nearly 3 hours. and i feel really sick of it. please help me!
